We collect the following information for the Service to function:

Google Account Email — for user identification and license binding
Google Sheet ID — for binding the license to a specific document
Wildberries API Keys — for working with the marketplace API (reviews, questions, chats)
Google Gemini API Keys — for generating responses using AI
License Key — for checking subscription status

2. Use of Information

The collected information is used exclusively for:

Checking and activating the license
Ensuring the Service works (processing reviews, questions, chats)
Generating responses using AI
Providing technical support to users

3. Data Storage and Protection

All data is stored as follows:

License keys and emails — stored in a protected Google Sheet on Google servers
API keys — stored locally in the user's Google Sheet properties and are not transmitted to our servers
Settings and prompts — stored in the user's Google Sheet

We do not store API keys on our servers and do not transfer them to third parties. All interactions with external APIs (Wildberries, Gemini) occur directly from the user's Google Sheet.

4. Third-Party API Keys

The user independently provides and manages their API keys for third-party services (including Google Gemini and Wildberries). The Service does not store, transmit, or use these keys for commercial purposes. The user bears full responsibility for complying with the quotas, tariffs, and terms of use of the respective APIs.

5. Data Transfer to Third Parties

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except for:

Google (for Google Workspace Marketplace and Google API operations)
Wildberries (for working with the marketplace API)
Google Gemini (for generating responses using AI)

All data transfers occur in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective services.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use cookies and does not track user behavior. We do not collect visit analytics.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

Request information about the data we store
Request the deletion of your data (email, license key)
Refuse to use the Service at any time
