Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the "OTVETYCH" service (hereinafter "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

OTVETYCH is a Google Workspace add-on that automates the processing of reviews, questions, and chats on the Wildberries marketplace using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini).

2. Requirements for Use

To use the Service, you must:

Have a valid Google account
Have a Wildberries seller account with API access
Have Google Gemini API keys (provided by the user)
Have a valid OTVETYCH license key

3. License

The license is provided on the following terms:

One license is bound to one Google Sheet
Transfer of the license to third parties is prohibited
The license is valid for the paid period
License renewal is handled separately

Important: Copying a spreadsheet with an active license does not transfer the license to the copy. A separate license is required for each new spreadsheet.

4. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

The security of their API keys and license key
Compliance with the quotas and terms of use of third-party APIs (Wildberries, Google Gemini)
The content of generated responses (the Service provides the tool, but final control rests with the user)
Compliance with the law when using the Service

5. Limitations and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We:

Do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service
Are not responsible for the actions of third-party APIs (Wildberries, Google Gemini)
Do not guarantee the specific quality of generated responses
Do not compensate for losses associated with the use of the Service

6. Prohibited Actions

The user is prohibited from:

Using the Service for illegal activities
Transferring the license key to third parties
Attempting to bypass the Service's limitations
Using the Service for spam or manipulation

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Service in cases of:

Violation of these Terms
Expiration of the license
Improper use of the Service

8. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including source code, design, and documentation, belong to the owners of OTVETYCH. The user receives only the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be considered by the court at the location of the Service owner.
