Step-by-step setup

Install the Add-on

Install the "OTVETYCH" extension from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

After installation, open any Google Sheet → Extensions → OTVETYCH

Activate License

To start working, you need to activate your subscription.

Extensions → OTVETYCH → 🔐 Enter License Key

Wildberries Token (5 min)

Go to your seller dashboard:

seller.wildberries.ru/api-integrations

→ Create token → For manual integration

⚠️ Important: Create ONLY ONE token. Type: Personal. Access: Read and write.

With ALL categories:

✓ Returns
✓ Buyer chat
✓ Questions and reviews
✓ Content (for catalog)

Insert the token into the sheet:

Extensions → OTVETYCH → ⚙️ SETTINGS → 🍓 Wildberries API Keys

Gemini Keys (10 min) ⚠️ IMPORTANT

Go to the link: aistudio.google.com/api-keys

🌐 Access from Russia requires a VPN! (VPN is NOT required for OTVETYCH to work).

Create keys. Each new key MUST be in a NEW PROJECT!

✓ Top right: "Create API key" → In the "Choose an imported project" field click "Create project" (name it, e.g., Gemini Project 1) → Create project
⚠️ If Google doesn't let you create a project, go to the site in "Incognito" mode and try again
✓ Name the key (e.g., Gemini API Key 1) → Create API key
✓ Copy the key and save it
✓ Repeat the steps above for each new key

Your tariff determines the number of keys:
START — 2 keys (2 projects)
BASIC — 4 keys (4 projects)
PRO — 6 keys (6 projects)
PREMIUM — 8-10 keys (8-10 projects)

Insert the created API keys:

Extensions → OTVETYCH → ️ SETTINGS → 🤖 AI API Keys (Gemini)

Setup Prompts (5-10 min)

Go to the SETTINGS sheet (tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet).

Option A (Fast) 🚀
Universal prompt. Tone, emotions, and style can be adjusted via dropdowns. This is more than enough for basic responses.

Option B (Quality)
Custom prompt. Add everything you consider necessary to the universal prompt.

For example:
• Specify your brand name, what you sell, values, communication standards
• Clarify what OTVETYCH should write in specific cases
• Specify feedback methods (note that Wildberries rejects responses with phone numbers)
• Describe any other instructions

💡 Write instructions as if you were explaining the task to a new employee. The more instructions — the more accurate the responses.

Load Catalog (2 min)

Optional. To enable smart recommendations and improve the quality of answers to questions.

After loading the catalog, you can exclude some products so OTVETYCH doesn't consider them in its responses (everything is included by default).

You can specify your comments on the product in the "Additional" column if needed.

Extensions → OTVETYCH → ⚙️ SETTINGS → 📥 Load catalog from WB

Test the Autoresponder

Extensions → OTVETYCH → 🔧 MANUAL MODE → Load all
Extensions → OTVETYCH → 🔧 MANUAL MODE → ✨ Generate responses

Check the responses. Correct and clarify the prompt on the SETTINGS sheet until you are satisfied with the result.

When the prompt is ready and responses are generated, test sending:

Extensions → OTVETYCH → 🔧 MANUAL MODE → Send all

Launch the Autoresponder

Extensions → OTVETYCH → ▶️ LAUNCH Autoresponder

✅ Done! OTVETYCH is working in automatic mode. Responses are generated and sent automatically. You can close the tab.

Important to know

🔒 Security

OTVETYCH operates on a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. All your API keys and data are stored in your Google account. OTVETYCH does not store or use any user data. You are responsible for their security. Do not share access to the spreadsheet with strangers.

💰 Cost

You only pay for the service subscription.
WB API — free.
Gemini API — free (free limits are used).

🌙 Night Mode

Set the working hours of the autoresponder on the SETTINGS sheet. Do not set night hours unnecessarily. This creates a negative user experience for your buyers.

💻 Cloud Operation

The service runs on Google servers. After launching the autoresponder, you can close the tab. We recommend adding it to your favorites for quick access to settings and instructions.
